Yacht racing, motor racing or racing to a
deadline, we have the expertise and experience to help.
We have the capability to manufacture complete from your drawings or to
cut teeth on your components, be they a one-off project or a regular
'Just In Time' call off of hundreds of assemblies. You may require an
item to be modified to fit a specific application, require our
assistance in the design of a prototype, or simply have a worn out or
obsolete part which requires replacing.
Standards - British, German, American,
Japanese and ISO standard (as well as many non standard) gears and splines are an everyday feature of our production.
Sizes - From gears which operate lockgates
or earth moving equipment to miniatures for fishing reels or spy cameras
we can manufacture them all.
Materials - We purchase our materials from
the most reputable and certificated suppliers. Our experience
encompasses a broad spectrum of materials from nylon and delrin to
torlon and peke, cast iron or mild steel to induction hardened or vacuum
smelted aircraft specified case hardening steel, aluminium, bronze or
titanium and the complete range of stainless steels including monel and
inconel.
Treatments - Whether you need anodizing,
case hardening, plating, polishing, peening or crack detecting, we have good
relationships with specialist organisations who will carry
out the treatments in a timely manner.
