Machines - We have manufactured complete
machines such as impact wrenches and noodle making machines.
Stock Parts - We can supply from stock a
huge range of spur gears, bevel gears, worm and worm wheels, racks,
leadscrews, bevel and worm gearboxes, and screw jacks.
Cutting Tools - We carry more than a
thousand gear cutting, broaching and slotting tools enabling us to
produce almost any gear, spline, sprocket, toothed pulley, ratchet,
square, bi-square or keyway that you can imagine.
Gear Cutting machines - We have six hobbing
machines, seven shaping machines, bevel cutting and slotting machines.
Turning and milling - CNC (with CAD/CAM)
augmented with manual turning and milling enable us to manufacture even
the most complicated of parts.
Pitch - We can cut pitches from tenths of a
millimeter to more than one and a half inches. Imperial, metric,
circular pitch, split pitch or JIS, if we don't have it in stock we can
normally obtain it within a few days.
Pressure Angle - From 12 1/2
to 45 and most of the standard and non standard pressure angles in
between.
